Emily Olivia Leah Blunt or known by the name Emily Blunt, is a British actress known for her role in My Summer of Love (2004) and The Devil Wears Prada (2006). Emily Blunt was born on February 23, 1983, in Roehampton, South West London, England.
Blunt's career became internationally famous after she acted as "Isolda" in Boudica (2003). A year later, she won praise critics as "Tamsin", in My Summer of Love (2004), the story of two lonely girls from two different social life. In 2005, Emily Blunt spent several months in Australia playing in the film Irresistible (2006) with Susan Sarandon and Sam Neill. She also continued work on British television, acting as "Natasha" in the movie Gideon's Daughter (2005), a role which won the 2007 Golden Globe Award as best supporting actress.
